Most training sessions are 30–60 minutes. Your plan will match your availability and training capacity. No wasted time.
Yes. While I don’t provide meal plans, I’ll help you build a solid nutrition foundation that fits your goals and lifestyle.
Strength training helps you build muscle, and muscle burns calories all day, even when you’re just sitting around. Cardio burns calories mostly during the workout itself. If you only do cardio, you'll lose some fat, but you'll also lose muscle, and that slows down how many calories your body burns over time.
Here’s the cool part: every pound of muscle you gain can burn around 6 to 10 extra calories each day, without any extra effort.
So, strength training gives you longer-lasting results, but cardio is still important for your heart health and overall fitness. Do both, but if fat loss is your main goal, focus first on getting stronger.
You’ll get a follow-up from a Certified Personal Trainer. From there, we’ll either build your custom plan or get on a call to go deeper. Simple.
